- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak

- 1 cup provolone or cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheese until melted; combine with cooked pasta.
