  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly; pat them dry with a kitchen towel.

  6. Serve by placing fried eggs atop the crispy chickpeas; garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
