Instructions

- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat until hot. Add marinated beef in a single layer; cook for 2-3 minutes until browned but not fully cooked. Remove from wok.
- In the same wok, add broccoli, garlic, and ginger; stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until bright green.
- Return the beef to the wok along with beef broth; stir until thickened (about 1-2 minutes). Serve over steamed rice or noodles.
