  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and lemon juice in a bowl until combined.
  2. Divide ground beef into four equal portions and gently form into balls.
  3. Heat grill or skillet over medium-high until hot.
  4. Smash each meatball onto the grill/skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned before flipping.
  5. Place cheese on patties after flipping and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until melted.
  6. Spread baconnaise on both sides of toasted brioche buns, layer with pickles and burgers before serving.
