Description

Pecan Pie Cheesecake Bars are a delectable dessert that combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the nutty sweetness of classic pecan pie. With a buttery graham cracker crust as the foundation, these bars are topped with crunchy pecans and drizzled with caramel, creating an irresistible treat perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well and press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually mix in sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Add eggs one at a time until just blended.
  4. Gently fold in chopped pecans and pour the filling over the crust.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until edges are set but center jiggles slightly. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature, optionally drizzled with caramel.
