Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion until translucent. Add the ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning; let it simmer for about five minutes.
- Slice the garlic bread loaf horizontally and place it cut-side up on a baking sheet. Spoon the beef mixture onto each half.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the meat mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Serve immediately.
