- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cans (15 oz each) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt for garnish
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping onions and mincing garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent (about 5 minutes). Stir in minced garlic for an additional minute.
