Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  5. Knead the dough lightly until smooth; wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
  6. Roll out chilled dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick. Use cookie cutters to shape them as desired.
  7. Place on ungreased baking sheets and bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  8. Cool on sheets before transferring to wire racks.
