  • 12 slider buns (soft Hawaiian rolls or mini brioche)
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 6 oz Swiss cheese (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a frying pan over medium heat, cook ground turkey with salt and pepper until browned (about 7-10 minutes).
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and cranberry sauce to create the aioli.
  4. Slice slider buns in half; spread cranberry aioli on each side. Layer turkey and Swiss cheese on the bottom half.
  5. Place assembled sliders on a baking sheet, cover loosely with foil, and bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.
  6. Drizzle with extra aioli before serving warm.
