  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (smooth)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey with salt, pepper, and parsley until just combined.
  3. Shape mixture into small patties, about 2 inches wide.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat with cooking spray. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the aioli.
