Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Remove the ham from packaging and place it fat side up in a roasting pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, and black pepper until smooth.
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
- Brush half of the glaze over the scored surface of the ham.
- Bake uncovered for about 15 minutes per pound, basting every 30 minutes with remaining glaze until caramelized and heated through (internal temperature should reach 140°F/60°C).
