Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear and cook according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, combine seafood mix, softened cream cheese, Sriracha sauce, Japanese mayonnaise, and half of the green onions.
- Spread cooked sushi rice evenly in the greased baking dish; layer the seafood mixture on top.
- Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the seafood layer; drizzle with melted butter if desired.
