  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1 cup seafood mix (crab meat, shrimp, or salmon)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 4 green onions (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
  • 4 nori sheets (cut into strips)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Optional: melted butter for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear and cook according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, combine seafood mix, softened cream cheese, Sriracha sauce, Japanese mayonnaise, and half of the green onions.
  4. Spread cooked sushi rice evenly in the greased baking dish; layer the seafood mixture on top.
  5. Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the seafood layer; drizzle with melted butter if desired.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
