- 1 lb fresh salmon fillet, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 3 nori sheets, cut into strips

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear and cook according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix diced salmon, mayonnaise, and Sriracha until well-coated.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked rice followed by half of the salmon mixture. Repeat with remaining rice and salmon.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes for a crispy top.
- Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds on top before serving with nori strips.
