  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 packet onion soup mix (approximately 1 oz)
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  3. In a bowl, mix sour cream, onion soup mix, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and generously coat with the sour cream mixture.
  5. Pour chicken broth around (not over) the chicken to keep it moist.
  6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown.
