  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
