  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook rice according to package instructions; fluff once cooked.
  3. Sauté bell peppers in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, sautéed bell peppers, shrimp, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
