Ingredients
- 6 cups Rice Krispies
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp sea salt
- Salted caramel sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter until foamy. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Mix in brown sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies until fully coated.
- Press half of the mixture into the prepared pan and drizzle with half of the salted caramel.
- Top with remaining mixture, drizzle more caramel on top, and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Allow to cool for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
