Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • Salted caramel sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter until foamy. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Mix in brown sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies until fully coated.
  5. Press half of the mixture into the prepared pan and drizzle with half of the salted caramel.
  6. Top with remaining mixture, drizzle more caramel on top, and sprinkle with sea salt.
  7. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
