  • 10 frozen pork potstickers
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (mix of colors)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by chopping vegetables.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots for about 5 minutes until slightly softened.
  3. Add frozen potstickers to the skillet and cook until golden brown on one side before flipping.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sriracha (if using). Stir well.
  5. Pour the sauce over the potstickers and vegetables. Toss gently until everything is coated and heated through for about 3 minutes.
