Instructions
- Wash green beans under cold water and trim the ends.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Blanch the green beans for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and plunge into ice water to stop cooking.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Pour in pomegranate juice, balsamic vinegar, and honey; simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add blanched green beans to the skillet, tossing gently to coat in the glaze. Season with salt and pepper before serving warm.
