Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough or Italian bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4–6 slices pepperoni (or preferred toppings)
- 2 tablespoons marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each bread slice. On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and marinara sauce.
- Top with more mozzarella and place the second slice of bread on top (buttered side out).
