  • 8 slices thick-cut brioche or challah bread
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (plus extra for serving)

Instructions

  1. Slice the bread into one-inch thick pieces.
