  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter until mixed. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In another bowl, blend peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the Oreo base.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth. Pour over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  5. Allow to set at room temperature or refrigerate for faster results (about 1-2 hours). Cut into squares and serve.
