- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter until mixed. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
- In another bowl, blend peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the Oreo base.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth. Pour over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Allow to set at room temperature or refrigerate for faster results (about 1-2 hours). Cut into squares and serve.
