  • 2 tbsp culinary-grade matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup whole milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together glutinous rice flour, matcha powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter with milk. Add to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  4. Gently fold in white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Scoop out two-tablespoon portions of dough and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet two inches apart.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are firm but centers remain soft.
  7. Let cool on the baking sheet for five minutes before transferring to wire racks.
