  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat and prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté meatballs in batches until browned on all sides (about 6-8 minutes).
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs in the skillet and simmer on low for about 15 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, boil salted water in another pot, then cook linguine according to package directions until al dente (8-10 minutes).
  7. Drain linguine, reserving some pasta water. Add pasta to the skillet with meatballs and sauce; toss gently to combine.
