- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, pork rind crumbs, eggs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear meatballs until browned on all sides (8-10 minutes), cooking in batches if needed.
- Lower heat and add cream cheese to the skillet; stir until melted.
- Gradually whisk in beef broth and mix in Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return meatballs to the skillet and simmer gently for another 5-7 minutes.
