Description

Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 4 oz salami, sliced
  • 4 oz capicola, sliced
  • 6 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • ½ cup banana peppers, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice slider rolls in half lengthwise and arrange cut side up on a baking sheet.
  2. Layer salami and capicola evenly across the bottom halves of the rolls. Top with provolone cheese slices.
  3. Add shredded lettuce, followed by sliced tomatoes and banana peppers.
  4. In a small bowl, mix olive oil and vinegar; drizzle over assembled sliders.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
