- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (for garnish)
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa verde
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Remove from heat, cool slightly, and shred the chicken using two forks.
- Warm tortillas in another skillet until soft but not crispy to prevent tearing.
- Assemble by placing shredded chicken and a sprinkle of cheese on each tortilla; roll tightly and place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush each taquito lightly with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot with sour cream and salsa verde on the side for dipping.
