Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz ribeye steak
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and green onions.
  2. Cook the egg noodles in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente (about 7 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the seasoned ribeye steak for about 4-5 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  4. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add minced garlic and butter; stir until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
  5. Return the cooked noodles to the skillet with the garlic butter, add soy sauce, and mix well to coat.
  6. Slice the rested steak and top it over the noodles. Garnish with green onions and cilantro if desired.
