- 1 lb large deveined shrimp
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, roughly 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a gentle bubble. Stir in Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- In a baking dish, layer sauce at the bottom, then lasagna noodles, more sauce, and sprinkle with mozzarella. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
