  • 1 lb large deveined shrimp
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, roughly 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a gentle bubble. Stir in Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  4. In a baking dish, layer sauce at the bottom, then lasagna noodles, more sauce, and sprinkle with mozzarella. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
