  • 1 lb ground turkey (85% lean)
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. Sauté the chopped onion in olive oil over medium heat until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed onions, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf. Spread additional ketchup on top for glazing.
  5. Bake for approximately 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
