- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion and bell pepper until soft and translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and brown it fully; drain excess fat if needed.
