  • 1 (9 oz) package frozen cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Add half of the marinara sauce to the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Layer frozen tortellini on top, then scatter cream cheese cubes.
  3. Pour remaining marinara and sprinkle Italian seasoning over everything.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  5. In the last 30 minutes, stir in fresh spinach and top with shredded mozzarella before serving.
