Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (approximately 30g)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk (any type)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil (for cooking)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the protein powder, eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter or coconut oil.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, tilting to spread evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift and the bottom is golden brown.
