  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cups fresh cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). If making your own crust, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a pie pan.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat in short bursts until smooth, stirring frequently.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract while whipping to stiff peaks.
  4. Fold half of the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate mixture gently.
  5. Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top. Chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
  6. Once set, top with fresh cherries and remaining whipped cream.
