  • 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
