  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme or parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  5. Return the chicken legs to the skillet, cover with a lid, and cook for 30-40 minutes until fully cooked through.
