  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (diced)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 1 cup frozen peas or broccoli (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, cook diced chicken until no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, onion powder, and half the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
