Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins or cranberries)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruits together.
  3. In another bowl, combine nut butter and honey until smooth. Pour over dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
  6. Allow cooling completely before slicing into bars.
