  • 1 lb ground sausage (spicy or mild)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and crumbly.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Pour into the skillet with cooked sausage. Stir gently until eggs are just set, about 5 minutes.
  4. Mix half of the cheddar cheese into the egg mixture until melted.
  5. Slice slider buns in half horizontally and place bottoms in a greased baking dish. Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto each bun bottom and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
