  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen, drained)
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  3. Mix in one large egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

  5. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries and half of the raspberry jam.
  6. Scoop rounded tablespoons onto lined baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

  8. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
