  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp bulldog sauce
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Stir in bulldog sauce until evenly coated.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked Arborio rice with the seasoned beef, green onions, and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized balls using slightly wet hands.
  4. Dip each ball in beaten eggs to coat them completely.
  5. Roll each egg-coated ball in panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat and fry arancini in batches for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
