- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, and vegetable oil until combined.
- Marinate the chicken in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Place marinated chicken in a baking dish lined with parchment paper and pour remaining marinade over it.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and skin is golden brown.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
