Instructions

- Meanwhile, boil salted water in a separate pot and cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
- Pour beef broth into the skillet with caramelized onions, bringing to a gentle simmer to reduce slightly.
- Combine drained pasta with the sauce in the skillet, adding reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
