  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water over medium heat; stir until dissolved and simmer until golden brown.
  3. Blend coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour caramel into ramekins, followed by the custard mixture.
  5. Place ramekins in a baking dish filled with hot water halfway up their sides; bake for about 50-60 minutes.
  6. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  7. To serve, invert ramekins onto plates to let caramel cascade.
