Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a springform pan.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press mixture into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar while mixing well; stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
- Gently fold in chopped apples and cinnamon until evenly combined.
- Pour filling into crust and bake for about 60 minutes or until slightly jiggly in the center. Let cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
