  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), diced
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth (low-sodium)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Prep your ingredients by chopping onion and bell peppers. Rinse beans under cold water.
