- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat a splash of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
