Description

One-Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles is the epitome of comfort food, seamlessly blending tender chicken and rich, buttery noodles in a single skillet. This dish brings together succulent chicken sautéed with garlic, perfectly cooked egg noodles, and a luscious butter sauce that envelops every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz egg noodles or fettuccine
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: toasted pine nuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by cubing the chicken and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the cubed chicken seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Stir in minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add pasta and chicken broth; bring to a boil while stirring.
  4. Cover the pan, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until pasta is tender (10-12 minutes).
  5. Remove from heat, stir in remaining butter, and top with toasted pine nuts if desired.
