  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • Zest and juice of 2 fresh oranges
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine orange juice, zest, garlic, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
