- 4–6 tbsp ice water
Instructions

- In another bowl, mix flour and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly; add ice water gradually until dough forms.
- Roll out half the dough into a pie dish, fill with fruit mixture, then cover with remaining dough sliced for steam.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
